This furnished apartment features a kitchen with modern full-sized stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, full stove and oven, microwave and fridge. The dishwasher and fridge are concealed in the cabinetry surface, for a streamlined look. The double thick quartz countertops and under mount sink allow for low maintenance cleaning. The island provides more food prep space when required, and seating for three. Lots of cabinetry provides ample storage space. Also included are small kitchen appliances, plates, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans, and other small kitchen utensils. In one of the hallway closets you will find a full-sized front loader washer and dryer combination unit. The living space has been tastefully furnished, with most furnishings and decor provided by Canada’s own Urban Barn. This includes a soft leather couch, a plush rug, designer curtains and artwork. A large flat screen TV is also provided, along with an accent chair for additional seating. Off to the side is a small workspace, where you can separate work from your dining area.
