Amenities include resort style pool, jacuzzi, a dedicated cares team that plans fun events all year long for residents, a 24/7 fitness center and a business center. Guests can also expect impeccable service from all agents on ground as well as the maintenance team. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished with soft tones and calming colors. The apartment is quite large and spacious with lots of natural lighting coming in from the windows. The bedrooms are large and beautifully furnished.

Uptown Galleria is perhaps the true center of our beautiful city. With unlimited options for dining, shopping and entertaining residents will have no problem enjoying their free time and socializing!

Check-In Procedures Check In Details:

Please be informed that check in is done through the lockbox attached to the door using the lockbox code found here. If you prefer to have one of us meet you at the location please let us know through the messaging system and we will be happy to come out and meet you. Otherwise, you can check in any time after check in time (4pm).

Check in: 4pm. Check out: 12 noon. Please ask us in advance if you want early or late check-in/check-out, depending on availability.

Directions: To enter the complex the first time use the code #001 to access the gate. Proceed to the left and park anywhere near the last building on the left side. The apartment is on the first floor of the building second to last.

Parking and Access Gates Parking is first come first serve, residents must use the parking pass
Check-Out Procedures Before checking out, please help us support our chosen charity Move for Hunger by placing any unused, unopened, nonperishable food items in the provided bags. We will pick those bags up after check out and donate them. To check out, inform your Urban associate of the time you plan on checking out and then simply leave all gate fobs, keys and mail keys on the kitchen counter. Keep one key with you to lock the door and then place it in the lockbox.

Urban Corporate Housing LLC must be notified of any reservation cancellation in writing earlier than fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of the reservation, and the

day mark will be subject to the standard cancellation penalty.
