The Augusta apartments are very well maintained and come with either hardwood floor or modern poured cement floor. The apartments are very modern and sleek with large windows.

Uptown Galleria is perhaps the true center of our beautiful city. Residents here have unlimited options for dining, shopping and entertaining. Multiple parks and bike trails are close to the building and very easy access to major highways such as 610 loop, I10, I59 and more.

Please be informed that check in is done through the lockbox attached to the door using the lockbox code found here. If you prefer to have one of us meet you at the location please let us know through the messaging system and we will be happy to come out and meet you. Otherwise, you can check in any time after check in time (4pm).

Check in: 4pm. Check out: 12 noon. Please ask us in advance if you want early or late check-in/check-out, depending on availability.

Directions: To enter the complex the first time use the code #0047 to access the gate. Proceed to your assigned parking spot.

Parking and Access Gates Gate entry code (if no gate fob available): #0047. Gate exit code: 4329. Parking is assigned, please contact your Urban associate for details. Guest parking on 6th floor.
Check-Out Procedures Before checking out, please help us support our chosen charity Move for Hunger by placing any unused, unopened, nonperishable food items in the provided bags. We will pick those bags up after check out and donate them. To check out, inform your Urban associate of the time you plan on checking out and then simply leave all gate fobs, keys and mail keys on the kitchen counter. Keep one key with you to lock the door and then place it in the lockbox.

Urban Corporate Housing LLC must be notified of any reservation cancellation in writing earlier than fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of the reservation, and the
Guest(s) will forfeit his/her Security Deposit as a cancellation penalty. Any reservation cancelled after the 14
day mark will be subject to the standard cancellation penalty.
