Check-In Procedures A key packet containing 2 sets of apartment keys and parking transponder if needed will be left under your name with the front desk by 4 pm on the date of your arrival. Please indicate that you are checking into apartment with Premier. You will be required to show a government issued picture ID.

Check-Out Procedures Check out time is 10:00AM
• One set keys (remotes, other access equipment, mail box keys, etc.) must be left on the kitchen counter of the apartment. Please return the other set to the leasing office.
• Please leave apartment in the same condition as you found it.
• Please make sure to double check that all personal items from all cabinets, drawers, closets, and ?furniture has been removed.
• Please be sure to dispose of all unused food items in the refrigerator, freezer, cabinets, and pantry.
• It is not necessary to wash bed linens or towels or to strip the bedding. Our housekeeping team will arrive shortly after your departure to clean the unit.
