Our Sports District furnished condo suites are in a luxury high-rise condominium building that features state of the art technologically advanced lifestyle amenities. This offers convenient access to the CN Tower, Sky Dome Stadium, and the Metro Convention Center. Short walk about 15 minutes to financial district and Union Station.

Use black fob transmitter by pointing at infrared scanner and press button on fob for access to: common area doors, active elevator floor, access garage doors

Parking and Access Gates Parking ramp located on the south end of Brunel Crt.
Use black fob transmitter to enter 1st and 2nd garage doors
Check-Out Procedures Please remove all garbage and recycling from the suite.
Remember to take your groceries from the fridge and cupboards.
Please clean dishes and/or run the dishwasher.
Clear your messages from the voice mail.

Ensure that you have removed your personal belongings from the suite and your vehicle from the underground parking prior to returning the keys.

Return Key instructions:
Place one set of keys/Fob, garage opener (if any) on the suite dining table. After locking the suite put the second set of keys/fobs in the departure envelope provided in arrival folder, seal envelope and deliver envelope to 373 Front St. West front desk (24/7 security desk at 373 Front St. West)


Please do not attempt to leave departure key envelope at 15 Fort York Blvd./11 Brunel Court front desk, as they are not permitted to hold any "Keys".

All Keys, FOB’s, and Parking decals/remotes must be returned upon checkout or are subject to a $100-$200 replacement fee per item.
