Alliance Member Cancellation of Reservation

As per the Service Level Agreement with MyKey Global Accommodations, the Supplier agrees to commit our customers with a reservation guarantee. Specifically, reservations confirmed by the Supplier to MyKey customers must be honored. If a cancellation is unavoidable, the Supplier agrees to relocate the guest to a comparable property, bearing any additional related expense.

Should you wish to cancel your reservation prior to the arrival date, you can cancel or change your reservation via our website or by calling 1-844-627-8759. Please, remember to check the property cancellation policy to see whether or not you’re eligible for a full or partial refund. Property specific cancellation information is included on the property listing before you request the reservation, as well as within the quote at the time of the reservation request. You are given multiple opportunities to cancel without penalty at anytime prior to accepting the quote. However, once a quote is accepted and the reservation request is confirmed by you, the cancellation terms of the property will apply.
In the rare instance where extenuating circumstances arise, a customer may need to cancel a confirmed reservation. In such cases, MasterKey and/or the Alliance Member may elect to forgo the cancellation penalties outlined in our Terms of Service. Such cases will be contingent on proper documentation, where valid, and include:
Death in the family
Serious illness or serious illness in the family
Natural disaster in the country
Political unrest in the country
Go to Your Booking.
Next to the reservation you want to cancel, click Change or Cancel.
Choose Cancel Reservation.
