Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will become an integral component of our growing marketing team, supporting several key stakeholders. You will join a privately held tech company whose vendor management platform serves the short-term accommodation and hospitality markets. It is on a rapid trajectory with virtually unlimited growth potential. While other companies are downsizing and reorganizing, we are scaling up. The Digital Marketing Specialist will:

· Utilize business intelligence and data analysis tools to target key demographics and conduct thorough competitor analysis with a focus to increase engagement and drive conversion

· Become a subject matter expert in insurance ALE temporary housing, short-term rentals, corporate relocation, extended vacation accommodations, and nomadic workers

· Conduct keyword research, develop strategies and execute them with precision and purpose to refine our digital marketing efforts to improve SEO, SEM, and search rank

· Work with product managers, business analysts, content creators, and our development team to deploy optimized landing pages

· Creating and deploying tags and pixels to our sites for tracking & remarketing

· Uncover back linking opportunities

· Follow emerging trends and best practices then adapt activities and strategies appropriately

· Manage ad campaigns including bid strategy, PPC, landing page optimization, creative ad copy, and iterative A/B testing of campaigns & optimizing for higher conversions across all channels

· Creation, execution, and management of highly effective paid search, display, video, and social campaigns

· Media placement adhering to defined budgets

· Analyzing campaign performance along with optimization recommendations and provide a regular cadence of reporting metrics, KPIs and ROI across all channels

Qualifications:

· 2+ years' experience in high-performance digital marketing (Paid Social, Display, YouTube & SEM)

· 2+ years' experience writing/developing conversion-focused content

· 2 + years applied practical experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM with the capability to interpret data to understand trends and improve performance

· Must have proven track record of running effective digital ads and marketing campaigns

· Proficiency deploying and tracking effective email marketing campaigns, drip marketing automations, and a functional understanding of engagement tools such as Sharpspring or Constant Contact or similar

· Must have expert level understanding of ranking factors, Google search best practices, and policies

· Jedi mastery with tools such as SEMRUSH and experience with SEM campaign management

· Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
