Thank you for your outstanding efforts in coordinating the rental my family have been occupying. It has been a long journey for us and we are finally moving back into our home.

You followed up with our insurance company on a timely basis when our departure date was approaching, and responded in kind to my email updates, so in mind you went above and beyond and for this I am extremely grateful.
