1. Become A Key Client
If you are searching for corporate housing, your first step is to Sign Up as a Key Client. As a Key Client of MyKey, we build the perfect portfolio of inventory specifically for you, by listening to what you need.
With a "Listen and Build" approach, properties are reviewed and carefully selected to ensure quality and service standards are met, as well as appropriate to your requirements.
2. Review Options
With your personal log-in ID, you will have exclusive access to view properties 24/7 and send housing requests DIRECT to the local property, making it faster and easier to do business.
Our corporate housing providers (Alliance Members), have a vested interest in the satisfaction of our clients and are selected for their commitment to our high standards. When you become a Key Client, you can connect directly with the world's best providers.
It's quick. It's transparent. It meets your needs in less time.
3. Share or Book
Once you've selected the accommodation, just click Book to send your request directly to the provider. Or, click to share with your client/guest to allow THEM to make the selection.
The system will track your requests and keep you connected with your choices until the booking is complete.
Once you have committed to your selection, we take care of the paperwork and payment. We are your single point of contact to manage these details so that you don't have to.
4. Stay Informed
Our system automatically reminds the local property of arriving guests, service requests, requests for extension, guest feedback and departing guests
Log in to your account to view your Key Client Dashboard, updated in REAL TIME with every communication and activity. No more waiting for confirmations. No more searching through emails. Information is always available to you in one place.

Unlike a bidding system, requests are qualified. You are only contacted when your property is what the client wants, for the time they need.

Our Key Clients have exclusive access to view your properties 24/7 and send their housing requests DIRECT to YOU, making it easier to do business.
Suite availability does not need to be shared or kept updated. Simply agree to offer the requested property or offer an alternative. It’s that easy.
The system will keep track of the requests you have received and provide an efficient communications tool to keep you connected with the requestor or guest until a booking is confirmed.
3. Welcome Your Guests
Once you have committed to accommodating the guest, we take care of the paperwork and payment – allowing you to focus on the guest experience.
From providing arrival instructions to doing a pre-arrival inspection and welcoming the guest, this is where your local expertise and service standards shine.

4. Sell Globally
